Mata Sundri College for Women (MSC) is named after Mata Sundri Ji, an able leader of Khalsa and the consort of Guru Gobind Singh ji. She was the first transformational leader of the Sikhs who donned the leadership role in times of turmoil to guide the Khalsa. In the present times, it is imperative to equip young women with information, requisite skills, and training so that they may excel in the fields they choose and also lead empowered lives. Our objective at MSC is to shape leaders who can steer change and take up personal and professional challenges with ease. We believe in creating an academic environment geared towards excellence through a dialogic process, creating an enabling environment for teaching-learning, and promoting a culture of critical thinking. The faculty and support staff of MSC foster an inclusive environment that is culturally sensitive, promotes diversity and endorses humanism.

College admissions for 2025 typically refer to students applying for enrollment in the academic year starting in Fall 2025. Below are some general guidelines and key points to keep in mind for the college admissions process in 2025:

Foreign Languages (Korean ,French, German and Spanish)

All our courses are UGC-approved. Foreign Language courses are conducted as per the International Standards and are conducted in collaboration with the Department of Germanic and Romance Studies, University of Delhi.

The college offers 11 Major Disciplines which includes Commerce, Economics, Hindi, History, Mathematics, Philosophy, Political Science, Punjabi, Psychological Science and Sanskrit.

Under the three year undergraduate programme the college offers seventeen different courses. In Humanities B.A (Programme) and B.A (Honours) are offered. B.A (Honours) course is offered in English, Hindi, History, Punjabi, Psychology, philosophy, Political Science and Sanskrit. B.A (Programme) courses are also offered in Education, Economics, Political Science and Urdu.

In commerce B.Com (Programme) and B.Com (Honours) are offered. B.Sc. (Honours) courses are offered in Mathematics, Computer Science and Statistics. The college also offers a four year B.EL.Ed course which is available only in eight colleges of Delhi University.

The college offers Post Graduate courses in Punjabi, Hindi, Sanskrit and Political Science. The college also offers Vocational courses in Computer Application, Textile Designing, Travel and Tour Management and Foreign Languages courses in Spanish, German and French.
